She works closely with funeral professionals to strengthen operations, develop teams, improve the client experience and support sustainable growth.

Expertise: Bridget has nearly 30 years of experience in funeral and cemetery services. She has served as a licensed funeral director and embalmer in both Kansas and Missouri since 1997, working in both family-owned funeral home settings and high-volume combination funeral home and cemetery operations. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Johnson County Funeral Chapel and Memorial Gardens and Longview Funeral Home & Cemetery. Her experience includes funeral home operations, cemetery sales and development, growth strategies, customer service, staff development and implementation of company initiatives designed to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. She also holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, giving her an additional perspective on the financial and operational side of funeral service.

Passion for the Work: Bridget is passionate about developing funeral professionals and helping teams reach their full potential. Throughout her career, she has been committed to providing compassionate care to families while creating strong teams and delivering a high level of service. She particularly enjoys training and developing staff, leading by example and helping funeral professionals navigate the changing demands of the profession.

Prior to Graystone: Before joining Graystone, Bridget served as General Manager of two high-volume combination funeral home and cemetery locations in Kansas and Missouri. In that role, she was instrumental in implementing initiatives that improved service quality and customer satisfaction while also developing growth strategies for both cemeteries. Her career in funeral service began in 1997, when she obtained dual licenses as a funeral director and embalmer. Over the course of her career, she received multiple awards recognizing excellence in customer service and operations. Bridget also holds an associate's degree in funeral service and a bachelor's degree in accounting.
