| Yoanna Osborne is a Client Family Survey Specialist. She is responsible for all of the outgoing client family surveys at Graystone Associates. In addition, Osborne handles the collection of survey data for every client along with the printing and mailing of the surveys. Osborne also manages pre-need sales leads for Graystone clients. |

Osborne also provides office support to Graystone's Account Managers and Trainers. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Northeastern University. |
