Carol Winer, Graystone's Controller, manages client billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable for Graystone Associates. Winer prepares the financial statements and assists the consultants with account analysis. In addition, Winer's responsibilities include the payroll and benefits administration.

Winer previously worked at Data General Corporation for nine years.  Her last position there was an External Reporting Accountant.  Her responsibilities included preparing and filing various SEC and US government required documents with great attention to detail and accuracy meeting tight deadlines.

In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University, Winer earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley College.
