| McGrew received his degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Texas. After graduating college, Alan was employed by his family's company selling funeral home supplies and serving their customers. Alan learned and began to appreciate the value of strong customer service and exceeding the expectations of whomever you serve. |

| Later, McGrew worked directly with funeral homes. He spent 9 years serving in a variety of roles in funeral operations from the Transition Team to the Director of Training & Development and Regional Manager of Operations. Alan directly managed a funeral home for a year during a transitional period. Most recently Alan worked at Starlite Sign Company as a General Manager. | ||||
