Groeneman previously worked at Carriage Services, Inc. as their Senior Vice President of Human Resources. His responsibilities included Risk Management, Human Resources/Personnel Management, Training & Development and Payroll functions. He consulted with Senior Management staff regarding strategic planning and management staff evaluations and worked closely with Senior Operations Management. Mark also provided ongoing consulting with field locations regarding labor related issues.
