Tim Maassen is a Senior Consultant with Graystone Associates, Inc. Maassen assists client firms with Client Family survey analysis and improvement, revenue measurement and financial performance, staffing challenges, operational and systems improvements. In addition, he provides support and guidance on other tactical issues client firms face on a daily basis to grow their businesses. Tim delivers training on all Graystone modules and is well versed in the Graystone Cycle of Excellence.

Maassen has been a funeral director for twenty-five years. His previous career includes front line Funeral Director, Location Manager and most recently a Senior Sales Advisor for Aurora Casket Company. He is an excellent communicator, creative problem solver, experienced business analyst and is accustomed to working at a strategic level with independent funeral home owners.
