Jeff Hicks is a Senior Trainer with Graystone Associates. In this role, Hicks interacts with a variety of Graystone clients facilitating a full array of training topics. In addition, Hicks works with funeral directors in one-on-one coaching settings.

Hicks possesses an extensive background in the funeral services field having been involved in funeral service since 1975 when he began his career in his hometown of New Castle, IN. Highlights of his funeral service experiences include past service as Regional Vice President of Operations with responsibility of both the Funeral and Cemetery Operations throughout 11 states.

Before joining Graystone, Hicks was President/Managing Partner with Thieme-Shadel-Hicks Funeral Service located in Springfield, Lebanon and Stoutland, MO. Through these management positions, Hicks has gained invaluable knowledge regarding the many different traditions, religious customs and funeral practices. Jeff currently resides in the Springfield, MO area.
