Deborah Cotoni is the Office Manager/Business Analyst for Graystone Associates, Inc. Cotoni proactively provides support, reports and analysis to all the Account Managers, Consultants and Trainers in the field. In addition, she expertly handles clients' immediate requests in a timely manner.

Cotoni is responsible for training the office staff and ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. She delegates and closely monitors internal staff work flow. Cotoni excels at problem solving when the situation arises. She continuously establishes procedures that are efficient and cost-effective regarding office purchases and technology usage.

Cotoni is a Notary Public and attended both Bentley College and Northeastern University.
