Expertise:  Darrell’s specific areas of expertise have developed from over 20 years of funeral operations, financial and personnel management. Helping clients understand their key performance indicators and create strategic business plans to achieve long-term sustainable growth is critical to their futures. In addition, Darrell has provided succession planning for clients when transitioning their business to the next generation.

Passion for the Work:  For Darrell, the most rewarding aspect of his work is seeing clients develop positive performance throughout all aspects of their business and providing executive coaching for owners and their leadership teams.

Prior to Graystone:  Darrell is a graduate of Baylor University, Waco, TX, Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, Dallas, TX and Leadership Waco.  Darrell previously served as the Vice President of Wilkirson-Hatch Bailey Funeral Home, Waco, TX and has served numerous civic Boards including Central Texas YMCA, Leaders Network Advisory Council along with client funeral homes Board of Directors.
